A Heart Like His: Reflecting God’s Compassion for the Oppressed

Scripture:

Micah 6:8 – “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

Reflection:

God doesn’t just call us to do justice—He calls us to become like Him in how we do it. Micah 6:8 is a blueprint for kingdom living: justice rooted in love, mercy guided by humility, and faith expressed through action.

In the fight against human trafficking, this heart posture changes everything. We don’t serve to be seen—we serve because God’s compassion compels us. True justice flows from a heart transformed by grace.

When our hearts align with His, our actions become extensions of His mercy in the world.

Prayer:

Father, give me a heart like Yours—tender toward the suffering, bold in justice, humble in spirit. Let Your compassion flow through me today.

Action:

Spend time journaling or praying about how God is shaping your heart toward mercy and justice. Ask Him to reveal one area where you can show His love this week.

Here’s how your contribution makes a difference:

Your partnership helps bring light into some of the darkest places in our nation. By standing with us, you join a movement that rescues, restores, and equips communities to fight human trafficking and exploitation.

What Your Support Makes Possible:

✅ Leading mission teams into cities most affected by trafficking, bringing hope and practical resources.
✅ Hosting school assemblies that reach thousands of students with life-saving messages about bullying, exploitation, and suicide prevention.
✅ Training teachers and administrators to recognize warning signs and protect vulnerable youth.
✅ Providing resources, aftercare, and long-term hope for survivors of exploitation.

Why Your Support Matters:

  • For Individuals: You can be part of the rescue. Your monthly or one-time gift turns personal compassion into tangible impact, helping survivors and protecting the next generation.

  • For Churches: Partnering allows your congregation to live out the Great Commission by standing against injustice, mobilizing mission teams, and supporting community restoration in cities like Las Vegas and Detroit.

  • For Gyms & Fitness Communities: Fitness for Freedom events allow gyms to raise awareness, host competitions, and show that strength is not just physical—it’s about defending and restoring lives.

✅ All contributions are tax-deductible and processed through Say Something at the link below

Together, we can fight for freedom, protect the vulnerable, and bring hope where it’s needed most.
